ITINERARY:

We will start our excursion by visiting the Parque del Amor (Park of Love) located on the Malecón Cisneros, next to the

Villena bridge, in Miraflores. Here the sculpture called El Beso (The Kiss), by the artist Víctor

Delfín, stands out. We will also see walls with beautiful mosaics displaying love phrases in Spanish and

Quechua, as well as the names of famous couples in the history of love and others who helped to

finance its construction. Continuing on, we will have a panoramic view of the Huaca Pucllana,

a magnificent ceremonial and administrative center considered by the Incas to be a sacred town.

Later, we will go to the center of Lima where we will visit the Historic Center of Lima,

where we will see colonial buildings, including the Plaza San Martín, the Plaza Mayor, the Palacio de

Gobierno, the Palacio Arzobispal, the Basílica Catedral, the Palacio Municipal, among others. Our

last stop is the San Francisco Convent museum, which has the largest collection of

colonial religious art in the Americas. During the tour we will visit the choir room, the library, the

sacristy and the underground crypts known as the “catacombs”.
