ITINERARY

05:30am – We will pick you up from your hotel to start our journey to the Majes Valley; During the journey of approximately 03

hours we will be able to see the local villages such as Vitor, Siguas, etc.

Before starting the descent to Aplao, we will make a stop where we will be able to see a large part of the valley.

Afterwards, we will make an optional stop in the village of Corire so that you can have breakfast.

Continuing with the tour, we will visit the Toro Muerto Petroglyphs where we will find a fabulous set of

petroglyphs, blocks of volcanic rock scattered in a number of around 500 pieces. Zoomorphic figures

such as birds, mammals, reptiles, etc. can be seen.

Then we will visit the Dinosaur Footprints of Querulpa where we will have a 20-minute walk

up a hill to see some replicas of extinct dinosaurs. On the way you will be able to

see a small museum and at the end of the road you will see dinosaur footprints.

We will stop in the town of Uraca to enjoy a delicious lunch

Finally, we will visit a Pisco Winery where they will explain the process and production of this traditional

drink, and we will be able to taste the different varieties. Once our adventure is over, we will start

our return journey to the city 07:00pm – Arrival in the city of Arequipa. End of the tour.
