On this tour you will explore the impressive citadel of Machu Picchu. It starts early in the morning with a pick-up from your hotel in the centre of Cusco to the town of Ollantaytambo, from where you will take a tourist train to Aguas Calientes. In this town you will be met by an expert guide who will give you all the relevant information.

Then you will board the bus that goes to Machu Picchu, a short 25-minute journey to the llaqta. You will have a guided tour of the highlights of this archaeological wonder that lasts more than two hours. After the tour, you will have free time for lunch and to explore Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo) before returning by train to Ollantaytambo and finally being transferred by bus back to the centre of Cusco. The tour mainly offers comfortable transport, official tickets, an experienced guide and the opportunity to discover one of Peru’s most iconic destinations: Machu Picchu.

⚲ We start our experience with pick-up from your hotel between 2:30 and 3:00 am and then transfer to Ollantaytambo train station.

⚲ Then we take the tourist train to the town of Aguas Calientes, a journey of approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes.

⚲ When you arrive at Machu Picchu Pueblo or Aguas Calientes, our guide will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name, he will give you a warm welcome and all the necessary information for the one-day tour of Machu Picchu.

The time of entry to Machu Picchu will be approximately at 11:00 am (depending on availability). You will have a guided tour for more than 2 hours, visiting the most important points of the llaqta of Machu Picchu.
