ITINERARY
07:00am – We will pick you up from your hotel
and then start our tour. Our first
stop will be in the town of Pampa de Arrieros
where in the past was the entrance to the
white city for people arriving on the train.
Then we will pass through Pampa Cañahuas; home to vicuñas, which live freely in the area.
Then we will head towards Patahuasi to drink the traditional Coca Tea, essential for avoiding altitude sickness and
we will have time to have our breakfast.
In approximately one hour we will arrive at the Pillones Waterfall, a magnificent place to connect with nature.
We will begin the descent to reach the waterfall in approximately 20 minutes; upon arrival, we will observe the
incredible waterfalls of this impressive waterfall; there you will have time to take photos and enjoy the
incredible landscape that surrounds it. We will also be able to observe the shaped rocks produced by water erosion.
After visiting the beautiful waterfall, we will go to the Stone Forest, where we will start a walk of approximately 40
minutes approx; there we will be able to appreciate the Stone Forest, a natural place with strange rock formations and stone columns
that cause a unique sensation,
We will return to Patahuasi for lunch. Finally, after having enjoyed this wonderful landscape, we will start
our way back to the city. 04:30pm – Arrival in the city of Arequipa.
