We will go to your hotel in Cusco and drive for 3 hours to the trailhead. After breakfast, we will hike for 3 hours along an ancient water channel until we reach Soraypampa, where we will have lunch. Then we will walk for 2 hours to a beautiful lake called Laguna Humantay, which is located high up in the mountains. In the afternoon we will set up our tents and sleep near a large mountain called Salkantay.

Start your day by waking up and having a hot drink like coffee or tea. Then, have a delicious breakfast while you look at the big mountains. After that, go hiking up a very tall mountain called Salkantay Pass. It will take about 3 hours to reach the top, and then you can take a break and have lunch for another 2 hours. The second part of the hike is to go down the mountain, which takes around 3 hours. Finally, you will arrive at the second camp, which is at a lower altitude of 2,770 meters.

Imagine waking up in a cozy tent and eating a delicious breakfast. Then, you go for a walk in a special forest with clouds. On the way, you visit some small villages and farms where they grow coffee. You can even help a chef cook a special meal called Pachamanca. After lunch, you walk for a while to a place called Hidroeléctrica, and from there you walk for 3 more hours to a town called Aguas Calientes. In Aguas Calientes, you can sleep in a nice hotel for the night.

After breakfast, we will get on the buses to go to Machu Picchu very early in the morning to see the sunrise. We will visit interesting places like Intipunku or the Inca Bridge, and then explore Machu Picchu with our guide. Once we have finished, we will travel by special train and bus to return to our hotel in Cusco.
