Clear Information for Travelers: It is essential that our travelers are fully informed about the options available. We are committed to providing clear and concise information on whether a package tour or a linked travel arrangement is being offered.
Strong Cancellation Rights: We believe in providing flexibility to our travelers. With our new rules, travelers will have the right to cancel their package vacations for any reason, subject to the payment of a reasonable fee. If their destination becomes dangerous due to situations such as war or natural disasters, or if the price of the package increases by more than 20% of the original price, they will be able to cancel their trip without any charge.
Accommodation in Case of Inability to Return: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event that travelers are unable to return from their package holiday, such as in the case of natural disasters, we will provide accommodation for up to three nights if they are unable to return on time. Additional nights will be covered in accordance with relevant passenger rights regulations.
Traveler Assistance: Our commitment goes beyond the booking and the trip. We make sure to provide assistance to travelers facing difficulties, especially by providing information on health services and consular assistance.
