We will pick you up from your accommodation in the center of Cusco between 04:00 and 04:30 am.

We travel by car for approximately two hours to the south, until we reach the district of Cusipata – Paucarpata, (3,310 m.a.s.l.). Upon arrival we enjoy a buffet breakfast, then we travel 1 hour more to reach the checkpoint and start the hike.

The hike will last approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, we will observe the typical flora and fauna of the Andes, among which highlight the presence of llamas and alpacas, we will pass through beautiful gorges and see snow-capped peaks.

Arriving at the viewpoint of Vinicunca or Colored Mountain (5080 masl.) our guide will give us an explanation about the geography, ecosystem and color of the mountain, we can also take the time to observe the mountain range of Vinicunca (5020 m / 16,466 feet), and will have time to take pictures and admire the beautiful scenery, then return by the same path to the point where we started the hike, where our transport will be waiting to take us back to Cusipata, where we will enjoy a buffet lunch.

After lunch we will start our return trip to Cusco, where we will arrive approximately between 4 and 5 in the afternoon. Here ends the Seven Colors Mountain Tour.
